When Shanghai Golden Key Environmental Co., Ltd. declared that it has successfully put the pyrolysis project of waste tires into operation, many people cannot believe it’s true because the technology is so difficult that many predecessors have failed.

To obtain the fuel oils and carbon black, etc. from the rubber blocks that will become sticky when heating up is incredibly difficult. For example, equipment coking, blockage of pipelines by oil and mud, leakage of fuel gas and etc not only affects the stable operation of equipment in long cycle, but also mainly have serious potential safety hazards. In the preliminary stage of running the low-temperature catalysis-free pyrolysis equipment, the blockage and leakage of pipelines always occur so that Golden Key have spent more than 0.1 billion yuan and 6 years in scientific and technological development so as to finally complete this project.
